Main Drive & Feeding Motor
  • Main driving AC induction servomotor, provide stable film-feeding speed
Unwinding section
  • Equipped with Unwinding and guiding Cantilevered type air-shaft (dia. 3") with fix plate, which ensure film position before inserting into inspecting section and make loading / unloading easily.
  • Equipped with Automatic Tension Controller (diameter calculating type), provide constant and stable web tension control.
Inspecting section
  • Gun-type air injecting device makes inserting the air to sealing tube easily.
  • Equipped with Synchronizing stroboscope with photo sensor, provides high efficiency and reliable printing quality inspection.

Auto counter
  • Equipped with automatic counter, easy to count the length.
Rewinding section
